Star Neuronet LLC is not responsible or liable for any leaked, filtered, or compromised data resulting from hacking, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or any other security breaches. Furthermore, we are not liable for partial or complete data loss, or for any residual data left on servers or third-party networks.
The App integrates with third-party APIs, databases (e.g., FAA data feeds, weather services), and payment processors (e.g., Stripe). When you interact with these third parties, your data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or data handling of these external providers.
The App is intended for use by individuals pursuing aviation training or operations. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
